Dr. Jamie Walraven

Co-Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Jamie Walraven, MD is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of Ageless Wellness Center. She established the practice with a clear vision: to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that integrates functional medicine and aesthetics to support long-term vitality and confidence.

Dr. Walraven’s calling to medicine began early. Driven by a deep curiosity for science and a desire to serve others, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Judson College before completing her Doctor of Medicine at The University of Alabama School of Medicine.

Following medical school, she served six years as an active-duty physician in the United States Army, including deployments to Egypt and Iraq. During her military service, she practiced emergency medicine while caring for service members in high-demand environments — an experience that shaped her clinical decisiveness, resilience, and commitment to excellence.

After more than a decade in emergency medicine, Dr. Walraven expanded her focus into aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. Over time, her passion for identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns led her into functional medicine. Today, she is known for her thorough, investigative approach and her dedication to helping patients achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in their health.

Dr. Walraven believes that optimal wellness requires looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. She works closely with patients to develop personalized care plans designed to restore balance, enhance vitality, and support confidence at every stage of life.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Walraven enjoys spending time with her sons and friends, cheering on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, reading, riding horses, cooking, and exploring creative art projects.

Linda Faulkner

Co-Founder and Community Impact Ambassador

Linda Faulkner, FNP-C is a founding leader of Ageless Wellness Center and now serves as Community Impact Ambassador, continuing her commitment to patient advocacy, education, and meaningful community connection.

Linda’s passion for healthcare began early and evolved into a decades-long career marked by clinical excellence, leadership, and entrepreneurship. After graduating from Fayette County High School, she earned her nursing degree from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing in 1983. She quickly gravitated toward high-acuity care, serving in both the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit, where she developed strong clinical judgment and a steady leadership presence.

Driven by a desire to expand her scope of impact and practice autonomously, Linda earned her Master of Science from Georgia State University in 1997 and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her career soon expanded beyond clinical care into executive leadership, where she served as co-owner and Director of Operations for an urgent and primary care center. In that role, she combined patient care with business oversight, building systems designed to support both providers and patients effectively.

It was during this time that Linda crossed professional paths with Dr. Jamie Walraven. Observing the transformative impact of functional medicine, Linda recognized a powerful opportunity to move beyond symptom management and toward root-cause, patient-centered care. Sharing a mutual vision for innovative, regenerative, and functional medicine, Linda and Dr. Walraven established Ageless Wellness Center with a commitment to redefining how care is delivered in their community.

After years of serving in executive leadership as Director of Operations, Linda has transitioned into her role as Community Impact Ambassador. In this capacity, she focuses on strengthening patient relationships, advancing community initiatives, and supporting programs that expand access to care. Her deep clinical background, operational expertise, and heart for service continue to shape the culture and mission of Ageless Wellness.

Linda remains dedicated to fostering a healthcare environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their path to long-term wellness.

Karen Sagon

Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Karen Sagon brings a dynamic blend of leadership, operational expertise, and community-rooted experience to her role as Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Ageless Wellness Center. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and building organizations that serve people well.

Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Georgia Southern University in 1986 and began her career in education within the Fayette County School System. She later completed her Master’s and Specialist degrees in Education at the University of West Georgia. Over 19 years as a teacher and coach in her hometown, Karen became known for her mentorship, discipline, and emphasis on character development — values that continue to shape her leadership philosophy today. In recognition of her impact, she was inducted into the Fayette County High School Hall of Fame in 2014.

In 2004, Karen stepped into entrepreneurship, co-founding Morningside Realty and growing it to a team of 28 agents before successfully selling the company to a national real estate firm in 2010. She later founded Morningside Medical, where she specialized in medical real estate acquisition, facility planning, and project development. Her work alongside physicians, contractors, and healthcare leaders expanded into project management roles within urgent care centers, with a focus on marketing strategy and operational efficiency.

These experiences uniquely prepared Karen for her leadership role at Ageless Wellness. As Co-Owner and CFO, she oversees financial strategy, operational structure, and long-term sustainability, ensuring the organization remains strong, stable, and positioned for thoughtful growth. Karen believes that even the most well-designed organization is only as strong as the people who carry out its mission. She is proud to support a team committed to delivering care that leaves patients not only healthier, but genuinely cared for.

Dr. Samuel Lorenzo

MD

Dr. Samuel Lorenzo, MD, is a physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience and advanced training in longevity medicine and hormone replacement therapy. At Ageless Wellness, he provides personalized testosterone therapy and comprehensive hormone care designed to address low testosterone, hormonal imbalances, energy decline, and other age-related changes, helping patients restore vitality and long-term health.

Dr. Lorenzo completed his Emergency Medicine residency at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he served as Chief Resident, and later earned his MBA from the University of Georgia. Throughout his career as a Medical Director leading high-volume emergency departments, he has been known for his clinical precision, steady judgment, and evidence-based approach to patient care.

His additional education in hormone and nutritional therapies through The George Washington University School of Medicine and long-standing involvement with the Age Management Medicine (A4M) community reflect his commitment to proactive, preventive medicine. Dr. Lorenzo combines decades of diagnostic expertise with forward-thinking longevity strategies to help patients not just feel better, but function at their highest level for years to come.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lorenzo has remained actively involved in community service and physician mentorship throughout his career, reflecting his commitment to leadership both in and out of the clinical setting.

Altheia Bass-Seldon

Doctor of Nurse Practitioner

Altheia Bass-Seldon, DNP, FNP-C is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Georgia and New York. With nearly three decades of diverse clinical experience, she brings depth, versatility, and thoughtful clinical leadership to the Ageless Wellness team.

Her professional background spans primary care, urgent care, oncology, neurology, and functional medicine — providing her with a comprehensive understanding of health across all stages of life. This broad experience allows her to approach patient care with both precision and perspective.

Dr. Bass-Seldon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Troy University, graduating with honors. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Georgia Nurses Association and has contributed to published medical research. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to advancing evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality care.

Her passion for medicine was profoundly shaped by a personal experience — witnessing her father’s sudden brain aneurysm and emergency craniotomy. Observing the expertise and compassion of the medical team during that critical time solidified her calling to serve patients with both clinical excellence and genuine empathy.

Clinically, Dr. Bass-Seldon is deeply committed to prevention-focused, root-cause medicine. She believes sustainable health requires looking beyond symptom management to understand the underlying drivers of illness. Known for her calm, attentive presence, she partners closely with patients to develop comprehensive, individualized care plans designed to support both immediate needs and long-term wellness.

Tina Paulk

Doctor of Nurse Practitioner

Tina Paulk, DNP, FNP-C is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 23 years of nursing experience and 15 years in advanced practice. Her diverse clinical background and academic depth bring a high level of expertise and perspective to the Ageless Wellness team.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clayton State University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University, a Post-Master’s Certificate from Graceland University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier University. She holds board certifications in both Family and Emergency practice, reflecting her comprehensive training and commitment to clinical excellence.

Her professional experience spans emergency medicine, critical care, family medicine, and functional and integrative medicine. This breadth of exposure informs her thoughtful, whole-person approach to patient care. Tina believes that health cannot be separated from the context of an individual’s life, values, and long-term goals. She partners closely with patients to develop personalized, sustainable strategies designed to restore balance and support optimal wellness.

Collaboration is central to Tina’s philosophy — both within the clinical team and with the patients she serves. She values open communication and shared decision-making, recognizing that meaningful health outcomes are achieved through trust and partnership.

A proud Georgia native, Tina grew up in Forest Park and considers herself a true Georgia Peach. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her two children.

Amy Head

MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Amy Head, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 26 years of clinical experience spanning primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, rehabilitation, and functional medicine. She brings both depth of expertise and a deeply personal commitment to preventive, patient-centered care.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia, graduating with honors. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is known for her thoughtful clinical approach, strong diagnostic skills, and ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Her passion for uncovering the underlying causes of illness was shaped early in her career following the loss of her grandmother to uterine cancer. That experience instilled in her a deep conviction that healthcare must go beyond symptom management and focus on prevention, education, and addressing root causes.

Amy believes that health and illness must be viewed through the lens of the whole person — integrating medical history, lifestyle, environment, and long-term wellness goals. She works closely with patients to create strategic, personalized plans designed to restore balance and promote sustainable health.

Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and relaxing with a good book alongside her boxer, Scarlet.

CJ Metzger

FNP-C

CJ Metzger, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia with nearly two decades of healthcare experience across clinical, operational, and administrative roles. Her background provides a comprehensive understanding of patient care from multiple perspectives — allowing her to approach medicine with both clinical insight and compassionate advocacy.

CJ earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. Her professional experience spans hospital systems, urgent care, and private practice settings, with earlier roles in registration and healthcare management shaping her well-rounded approach to patient experience and clinical coordination.

Inspired by watching her mother’s impact as a nurse, CJ developed an early calling to serve others through healthcare. Over time, her passion evolved toward identifying and addressing the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. Her personal experience as both a caregiver and family advocate for critically ill loved ones further strengthened her commitment to standing beside patients with clarity, empathy, and determination.

At Ageless Wellness, CJ focuses on functional medicine, including Juvenile Functional Medicine, where she works with younger patients and families to address underlying imbalances early in life. She believes that treating the whole person — considering lifestyle, environment, nutrition, and long-term wellness goals — leads to stronger outcomes and improved quality of life.

CJ partners closely with her patients to develop thoughtful, individualized plans designed to restore balance, optimize health, and support sustainable wellness at every stage.

Christi McCleery

PA-C

Christi McCleery, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, hospital medicine, otolaryngology, and telehealth. Her diverse clinical background has shaped a thoughtful, patient-centered approach rooted in both precision and compassion.

Christi earned her Master of Medical Science from Saint Francis University, graduating with highest honors, and completed her physician assistant training at Miami Dade College. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds licensure in both Georgia and Florida. Her broad experience across high-acuity and outpatient settings allows her to navigate complex medical concerns while maintaining a calm, steady presence.

Known for her thorough assessments and strong clinical judgment, Christi values clear communication and collaborative care. She believes in guiding patients through both acute and ongoing health needs with education, transparency, and individualized treatment strategies. Her approach reflects Ageless Wellness’s commitment to comprehensive, whole-person care.

Outside of the clinic, Christi enjoys whole-food cooking, hiking, hosting gatherings, and traveling. She is passionate about community outreach and medical missions and values exploring new places and cultures alongside family and friends.

Joan Birdsong

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Joan Birdsong is a licensed medical aesthetician with extensive training and advanced certifications in professional skincare protocols and medical aesthetic technologies. She brings a results-driven approach to aesthetics, combining clinical knowledge with personalized care to help patients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Joan has completed advanced training in product science, corrective skincare, and chemical peel techniques, allowing her to design customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique skin concerns. She believes that healthy skin is the foundation of confidence and views aesthetics as an extension of overall wellness.

Known for her attentive, one-on-one approach, Joan takes time to thoroughly understand her patients’ goals and concerns before recommending protocols, products, and treatments. Her commitment to education and precision ensures that each patient receives thoughtful guidance and measurable results.

Jen Nicosia

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Jen Nicosia is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser practitioner at Ageless Wellness Center. She combines technical precision with firsthand experience in advanced treatments, allowing her to guide patients with both knowledge and authenticity.

Jen was drawn to Ageless Wellness by its comprehensive approach to health and wellness. Immersed in an environment that prioritizes whole-person care, she developed a deep interest in medical aesthetics and pursued formal training to become an aesthetic professional. Since completing her education, she has continued expanding her expertise through advanced certifications and hands-on clinical experience.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, Jen worked in the fitness industry, where she discovered her passion for helping clients achieve transformative results. She values the confidence that comes from reaching personal goals — whether in physical performance or skin health — and brings that same energy and encouragement to her aesthetic practice.

Jen believes that effective skincare is both science and partnership. Licensed Aesthetician

Aimee Costales is a skilled aesthetician with advanced training in skincare, medical aesthetic devices, chemical peels, and safety protocols, including blood-borne pathogen certification. She brings precision, artistry, and clinical awareness to every treatment, helping patients achieve natural, confidence-enhancing results.

Aimee is a certified member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and specializes in permanent makeup and paramedical aesthetic procedures. She is committed to delivering results with the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence. Utilizing advanced technology, including the Nouveau Contour Intelligent digital machine, Aimee provides modern, refined permanent cosmetic solutions designed for both beauty enhancement and restorative applications.

In addition to her expertise in permanent cosmetics, Aimee is an advanced-trained Novalash Lash Extension Artist and has been recognized as “Lash Artist of the Month” and “Celebrity’s Choice.” Her meticulous attention to detail and artistic eye allow her to create customized enhancements that complement each client’s natural features.
