Electronic Medical Records

Ageless Wellness Center is pleased to announce our new EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system  “IMS”.  IMS allows you to control your healthcare anytime, anywhere through your patient portal on your computer and IMS Patient App on your phone.

IMPORTANT INFO:

1. Power 2 Patient, your previous patient portal is no longer active
2. All of your medical records have been transferred into our new system, IMS

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR MY NEW IMS PORTAL? 

1. You can sign up for your new IMS patient portal on a desktop or laptop computer
2. Go to the website for Ageless Wellness Center and click on the orange icon at the top of the home page “IMS Patient Portal Login”.
3. Follow those directions to set up your new patient portal.
4. You will NOT need your chart number when signing up

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE IMS PHONE APP?

1. Download the IMS patient app from your phone app store or google play
2. Click on the attachment below to see additional visuals to help you with this process
3. You will need our clinic ID:  P1427591

WHAT WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IN MY PORTAL OR ON MY IMS PHONE APP?

1. Send secure messages to your provider
2. Confirm, request and view your appointments
3. Request prescription refills – You no longer have to call the office for a refill request!  Allow us 48 hours for a refill request.
4. View lab results and access health care records
5. Quickly access, view and sign documents
