Recently, we had the opportunity to speak with one of our long-term clients, Hope Vanzant. She has been a part of the Ageless Wellness Center family since we opened our doors. However, her journey with our team began two decades ago when our aesthetician, Aimee Costales, began working on her eyelashes.
Involving the Family
The professional relationship strengthened and eventually brought Vanzant to the doors of the Ageless Wellness Center when Costales joined the team. Costales, as well as the work of people like Dr. Jamie Walraven, has spurred Vanzant not only to continue to work with us but also to invite her family members to also work with our team:
“Everybody that I know comes here, as far as my family, my mother comes here [and] my husband comes here,” Vanzant told us.

“When I come in, we catch up, so it’s definitely much more personal,” Vanzant expressed. “They do everything to make it as comfortable as possible. You don’t feel like you’re in a medical facility. As far as any apprehension someone might have, that would be gone at the door, the second they walk in, it just does have that feel around here.”
Vanzant has gone on to use our eyelash, Botox, and Scarlet RF treatments done at our offices. We value the commitment from clients like Vanzant, as stories like hers remind us of the importance of adding that “personal touch.”
